Plain language, because the whole point of Forma is that you can trust where your work goes.

The core promise. Your files are never used to train AI, never sold, never rented, and never scanned for advertising or profiling. We store them for one reason, to deliver them to the person you send them to, and we delete them when the delivery expires. This is not a preference we can quietly change. It is the product.
Privacy Policy
What we collect
- The files you send. The photos, video, and other files you upload to create a delivery.
- The details you attach. A title, a message to your client, your name, and how long the delivery should live. Any of these is optional.
- Basic delivery data. When a delivery was created, when it expires, and file names and sizes, so the gallery can show your client what they received.
We do not require an account to send a delivery, so we do not collect a name, email, or password unless you choose to give one.
How your files are stored
Files upload directly from your browser to object storage on Google Cloud, which acts as our storage provider (a subprocessor) and applies encryption at rest and in transit. We do not run your files through any analysis, tagging, face recognition, content scanning, or machine learning of any kind. A delivery is reachable only by its unguessable share link. Anyone who has the link can view and download the delivery until it expires, so treat the link like the delivery itself and share it only with the intended recipient. Delivery galleries are never indexed by search engines and are not listed in any public directory or sitemap, so a delivery cannot turn up in a search result or on another website. The only way to reach one is the link you share.
How long we keep them
You choose the lifespan of each delivery, 3, 7, or 14 days. When a delivery expires, the files are deleted from storage on an automated schedule and the share link stops working. We do not keep a permanent archive of your delivered work.
Who we share with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your files or your information. We do not share them with advertisers, data brokers, or AI companies. The only third party that touches your files is our cloud storage provider, and only to store and deliver them at your direction. We may disclose specific data if we are legally compelled to by valid law, and only to the extent required.
Your choices
You can delete a delivery before it expires by letting the link lapse or by contacting us. You can reach us any time at the address below to ask what is held for a given delivery or to request early deletion.
Our no-AI commitment
Forma exists because creative professionals were told, after the fact, that files they uploaded to a delivery tool could be used to train AI systems. We are the opposite of that, on purpose:
- We will never use your files, or anything derived from them, to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any machine learning model, ours or anyone else's.
- We will never sell, license, or hand your files to a third party for AI training or any other purpose beyond storing and delivering them for you.
- We will never scan the content of your files for advertising, profiling, or resale.
You keep every right you had in your work before you uploaded it. Uploading to Forma grants us no license to your content beyond the narrow, temporary permission to store and transmit it so your client can receive it.
Terms of Service
What Forma does
Forma lets you upload files and generate a share link so a recipient can view and download them from a gallery until the delivery expires. That is the service.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm you own the files you upload or otherwise have the right to store and share them.
- You will not use Forma to store or distribute unlawful content, malware, or material you do not have the rights to.
- You are responsible for who you share a delivery link with. Anyone holding the link can access that delivery.
Your content stays yours
You retain all ownership and all rights to everything you upload. We claim no ownership and, as stated above, no license beyond storing and delivering your files for you.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Forma available and reliable, but the service is provided as is, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update these terms as the product grows. If we make a material change to how files are handled, we will make the change visible here, and the no-AI commitment above is not something we will weaken.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Forma is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Because deliveries expire by design, keep your own master copies of anything important. Forma is a delivery tool, not a backup or archive.
